From the author: A short article about what feelings are and how we manage them in relationships with others. Alexander Eremeev shared this method with me at the training module on Gestalt level 2 in Krasnoyarsk. It stands for WHO we want to say, WHY we are saying this, i.e., what effect we are counting on, What we want to say for this, HOW it is important for us to say this in order for this effect to be achieved. First of all, emotions and feelings are the very first reaction of our body to what influences us. In particular, this is an indicator of our present and primary attitude towards what is happening to us. How do you share your feelings towards them with your loved ones? I’m silent, I’m embarrassed to talk about it with them I don’t believe that this will change anything I constantly say, let them know how I feel about them I endure until the last moment, until my patience runs out I only speak to those I trust and whom I am not afraid of I choose very carefully what and to whom to say I myself am to blame for the problems with them, so I don’t say anything Let them guess for themselves I won’t say it, but I will hint in my behavior My option ( I’ll be glad to hear it in the comments!)
