We at the A4 club have already had the opportunity to rummage through Santa Claus’s bag to find out what our gifts will be and what they are made of;) How can you find out, and even in advance? - read on - in a brief report about what happens at the meetings of the A4 club:) December 23: It was an excellent meeting! At first, as it happened, we sorted out the methodology of procedural work. And then we got to the work itself.** New Year is a time of waiting for the new, which is a continuation of what has already been done. Therefore, it is also time to take stock. And here, a wonderful tool is meditation on your mentors.** And we also managed to do truly amazing work with a bodily symptom, which revealed the secrets of tense relationships, chronic predisposition to illness, and brought it to a deep level associated with criticism. That’s it, dear ones my friends!))) PS: And now I remember the NG of our club (then still purely procedural) - in Cicada :))) December 2: They learned to see the Aura in 15 minutes! Today at the Club of Authors of Reality A4 there was an unusual event for pure psychologists topic: We learned to see a person’s AURA. One of our lovely participants was our mentor. It turned out that this was just a matter of some training. The rest is a matter of technique.. - and a procedural approach :)) Therefore, we paid much more attention to working with flirts. For some - then the work goes quickly and deeply, for some it is more difficult. Someone is trying to find an answer to questions that for the vast majority of ordinary people are not even imaginable. But the technicians are doing their job - the reality has already changed - if only by the fact that someone then I began to do something I had never thought about before. Namely, I began to do, and not just dream.. That is why - as always - there is a lot of gratitude to both the participants and from the participants. Thank you! You are great!))) And finally, a review from a participant who came to our club for the first time: November 29: (Lyudmila Tishchenko): Impressions from the club meeting on November 25, 2013. Aftertaste. It should be noted that the first meeting was only for me, The club has organized meetings before. As for the rest of those present, I can’t say, but apparently, they were also at least “newbies”. However, the atmosphere of the meeting was surprisingly warm, homely, I would even say “family”, even though most of those present I saw it for the first time in my life, I had the feeling that this was not the first or tenth meeting, that we had all met more than once and eaten more than a pound of salt together. There is a complete feeling that you are in the circle of “your own.” The meeting was divided into 2 parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part was very interesting, although the topic was completely new for me, I was used to working beyond the boundaries of the earthly personality, to attempts to disperse and reach higher levels of awareness. This same type of work implies a connection with the earthly personality, identifying its problems and needs, and through this understanding of what our higher self projects onto us. Understanding the deep processes gives a stunning result and does not require preparation of a given individual or any spiritual level. The second part was even more impressive than the first. I will not describe it in the language of procedural psychology, but I will describe it with impressions and emotions. The task was to immerse myself in not deep meditation, relax, balance my breathing and listen to my feelings. Previously, during meditation, I paid more attention to thoughts, concentrated on trying to stop the internal dialogue, or simply went beyond the boundaries of a given personality and rested. Immediately one should not go beyond the limits, but rather concentrate on the physical sensations. Having “found” the most vivid sensation, one should concentrate on it and strengthen it, concentrate on its form, visual and sound manifestations, merge with this sensation and understand what it is, why, and what it wants!)))_____________________________________
