Good afternoon, dear reader! Often we meet clients who do not understand themselves, their conditions and their own worth. I would like to discuss this issue in this article. Why is this important? Because it gives us the opportunity to connect with ourselves. Yes, the term is already “overused,” but if we put this point aside, its decoding includes many important things. Let's start from the very beginning: this concept includes awareness of our emotional and physical states, understanding of our needs and desires at a given moment in time. This means that we do not focus on the past or future, but rather focus on the HERE and NOW. As you know, many people live an automatic life, not being aware of all aspects of their personality. Being able to “be in touch with yourself” provides us with the following benefits :- Deep understanding of yourself, your feelings and emotions. - The ability to better take care of yourself and correct your conditions. - Quick response to changes and taking them into account in various areas of life. This way of “being” makes our lives more complete and integral. This gives opportunity to: - Understand - See - React - Feel Everything that happens to ourselves and at the same time to other people. Of course, this also allows us to take care of ourselves and/or our loved ones. It should be noted that “self-awareness” opens up even more opportunities (popularly known as “goodies”). Being aware, smart and having an environmentally friendly attitude towards yourself is the key to a rich life and pleasure from it. Yes, there are different periods in life: sometimes situations get out of control, tasks are disordered and structured. And in such cases it is useful to ask yourself questions: who am I? Where am I going? What is my value? What emotions am I experiencing right now? Or better yet: how can I support myself? How can I take care of myself? What do I need now to feel supported and gain strength? Each person has his own unique self-support tool. Don't forget that you are the main actor in your life. The only person you completely trust is yourself. Love yourself, pay attention and support to yourself, stay in touch with yourself. I wish you all the best!
