Yes, literally. Why not take up running today, but not simply, but out of fear. I've talked to people who run daily. They have very few fears, practically, except for the useful “biological” ones that protect us from rash actions, there are no others. Maybe the fears simply can’t keep up with the running people. In general, intense movement through your amazing life with excitement and joy does not allow fears to take root in the body. As long as you are moving, there is no time to be afraid. How and where to start? At the stadium, in the forest, just on the street, the main thing is that you are wearing sportswear and ready to run. They say you can’t run away from yourself, it’s interesting, but you can run from fear. Try it. Before you run, choose the fear you want to (run) work with, feel it in your body, note where it is. Take one step away from the fear, imagine that it remains in place and you are running. Fast and far until you are completely tired. Stop, now try to feel the fear in your body, if it’s still there, it means you haven’t run away, run an extra couple of kilometers. Check again, if you no longer feel fear in your body, it means it worked - you ran away. It remains where you left it. By the way, running is generally useful, but especially when you are afraid. You remember that intense physical work and fear are not compatible. So, get rid of fear and get used to running. Just don't perform unnecessary feats. If you've never run before, start small. Marathon distances are not for you yet, so don’t be. To get rid of fear, a couple of kilometers is enough, although here everything is very individual. For some, just a quick step is enough; this is already intense physical activity for office workers. Then you can run. The principle is simple: from sufficient load to more intense. Just don’t deceive yourself; a very slow pace is not helpful in this exercise. What if the fear returns later? Well, so that you don’t come back, form a good running habit. Another truth. If you manage to drive fear out of your body, then the choice is yours - to leave the fear in your head or not. If the fear is yours, then it’s up to you to decide.
