From the author: Turnkey team building :) Team building is a mysterious word. And an even more mysterious chain of various actions or events. If your business employs more than three people, then you simply cannot do without team building. It’s good if there is a competitor - like a common enemy, against which everyone stands in arms. And then each client is like another taken firing line. Some people prefer to celebrate holidays and organize corporate parties. BUT in our time it becomes dangerous, especially if there are people in the company who do not know the measures. The ideal solution might be to go somewhere together. Depending on your interests and budget, somewhere can be either a nearby lake with fishing or a water park in neighboring Europe. However, there are also museums, theaters and castles... They shouldn’t be written off either. And you won’t surprise anyone at all with elements from the ropes course. They are always relevant, they are always interesting. Breathtaking! You can show yourself, your leadership qualities and ingenuity. You can look at others too. It’s almost like in Vladimir Vysotsky’s song - “Pull a guy to the mountains - take a risk!” In any case, team building brings the team together. And working with a close-knit team is much more fun and comfortable. Accordingly, the efficiency is higher. Profit is growing.
