WELL-BEING is a complex combination of different factors in a person’s life that form a system where balance is very important. This means that there are several areas operating simultaneously in your state, each of which has a different manifestation of itself. The term itself is often used by us, but we do not always know what it is in practice. Let's start looking at this system from various interesting and most important aspects for a person. These are the emotional, intellectual, professional, material, physical, social and spiritual aspects. All of them are areas that manifest themselves in our lives to one degree or another. Even if we do not realize it, these parts of Well-Being manifest themselves in our lives every day. Together they make it easier or more difficult for us to live a full life. Because This system does not always manage to be in balance. Let's analyze each of them in more detail.☀️Emotional FactorEmotional well-being is expressed as the ability to exhibit adequate spontaneity, express feelings, and have empathy/understanding of others. Emotional well-being is characterized by the ability to accept oneself with all manifestations of emotions and feelings, positive and negative, which gives an understanding of one’s strengths and weaknesses. Intellectual factor Intellectual well-being is manifested in the ability to perform creative mental actions. Provides an opportunity to solve everyday problems. What is important here is the presence of pleasure from learning about the world, oneself and the desire to gain new knowledge.☀️Professional factor Professional well-being depends on the ability, through involvement, to develop new skills in a profession that is associated with vocation, as well as with personal values ​​and the desire to develop further in in this direction ☀️Material well-being Shows a person’s ability to receive a monetary reward for his investment in himself, in his profession, in his activity. The ability not to fixate yourself on airbags, to be able to regulate the balance of “take” and “give”.☀️Health or Physical Factor Associated with health and appearance. This is manifested in a person’s attitude towards his body and health, his ability to recognize nutritional and exercise needs. Also understanding the impact of bad habits on the body. And also physical well-being is expressed in actions focused on preserving life.☀️Social factor Associated with the ability to create relationships with other people. Also, leave any relationship that is toxic. The ability to build long-term partnerships (family), business and friendships.☀️Spiritual well-being is associated with the manifestation of a person’s transcendental roles, which he is able to realize in life. Such roles are developed over the long term, through one's own life experiences, training and developing every moment.
