Supporting resonant holding. The implementation of the declared potentials of many practices today is limited by the lack of the necessary tools. What is the meaning of the exercises in these practices and why must their leading specialist be involved in them? What is important here is what remains in the context of the practices moment of metacommunication. Without identifying the components of unconscious metacommunication that ensures obtaining a result, understanding and reproducing the proposed actions turns out to be difficult. It is the metacommunication in these actions that determines their declared content. We have already turned to examples of the practices of domestic and foreign colleagues. We highlighted the idea of ​​conscious movement of Moshe Feldenkrais as productive for everyone. His idea and practice is to feel the muscles and maintain this feeling in the exercise as conscious contact. We defined this work as resonant holding - the formation and use of conscious resonances of consciousness, the mirror system of the brain with the body, its internal states. Today we will turn to the analysis of the formation of such a supportive resonant holding in the gymnastics exercises of Dr. Shishonin. Dr. Shishonin, our young Moscow colleague, candidate medical sciences, offers exercises to improve blood flow, focusing this work on eliminating hypertension. His videos on YouTube are recorded in the gym, but the exercises are of a new nature for these gyms. Let's consider these exercises. Gymnastics begins with a warm-up aimed at increasing blood flow in the deltoid, trapezius muscles and muscles between the shoulder blades. Sitting with a straight back without support on the back of a chair, raise your arms to a horizontal position, achieving the effect of feeling in the muscles of good work done. Dr. Shishonin says that these muscles should begin to “burn” and ache. To enhance the effect, it is suggested to use small weights - light dumbbells. This is similar to a regular workout in the gym. But we perceive these exercises precisely as exercises to achieve contact with our body - with the deltoid and trapezius muscles and the muscles between the shoulder blades. This view of the purpose of the warm-up is determined by the nature of further training. The proposed basic course includes 5 exercises. Next, 4 more exercises are added. The exercises are static in nature with a delay in the key position for the exercise for 5-15 seconds. 5 - 10 repetitions are recommended, but less is possible, even 1 time. Gymnastics takes about 10 minutes. To master gymnastics, you need to practice once a day for 2-4 weeks, and continuing exercises 3 times a week is enough. This nature of the training shows that this is by no means ordinary muscle training. This, like Moshe Feldenkrais, is training in establishing your conscious contact with them. An independent task is to feel the tension of a specific muscle and hold this new for the practitioner, highlighting the sensation of a specific neck muscle of conscious contact for 5-15 seconds. After the exercise, 30 seconds of relaxation. The exercises are performed while sitting closer to the edge of the chair to avoid leaning on the back. The back is straight, the head is raised. There is no need to do exercises with force. It is very important to concentrate on the sensations that arise - this is the main feature of the exercises. Let's move on to the exercises of the basic course. The text of his method proposed by Dr. Shishonin describes the movements and positions of the exercises, emphasizing the concentration on the sensations of the muscles and spine. In the video, he pays attention to these moments, is in resonance with the instructor demonstrating the exercises, and resonantly experiences these sensations quite vividly. Following Moshe Feldenkrais, we highlight this metacommunication of consciousness with the body as the most important active factor. It is this factor that is added to the training and ensures the formation of a holding that maintains the state of tone of the muscles being worked out, necessary for improving blood flow.
