How many people do you know? 20? 50? 150? Maybe you have 2000 subscribers or many times more. How many of them do you know personally? Does personal acquaintance determine deep knowledge about his personal/inner life? How true is the statement that we know a person well enough to say that our life or certain areas of it are similar to his? At moments when we merge with our thoughts, then there is no strength or mental functions left to answer such questions. If the person was a robot with a pre-installed program, then a specialist could guarantee a result in 2 sessions (or 5, but who cares). If a person were no more complex than a machine, then replacing just one product could lead to a radical improvement in the performance of his body. Changing fuel from one brand or octane number to another would be equivalent to changing one food product. If only... Just look at the atlas of human metabolism on the Internet. Even better with formulas. To feel how poorly we know ourselves and our body and what is happening to it. And what happens in our heads and souls has been studied even less well. This means that we believe that taking one simple step or change will lead to global changes. This happens, but more often it is much more complicated. But there is also great news. Scientists are creating methods for measuring the effectiveness of a particular intervention in the psychological sphere. In addition to measuring the emotional state, the quality of life is examined, including the satisfaction of a person’s basic needs, his physical health, social activity and many other factors that are often outside the field of view of other people. The influence of certain factors on psychological well-being. Plus apply a couple of dozen more filters: genetic, geographic, socio-role, age, socio-economic, etc. and each story is unique. And it becomes obvious that 2 very similar people have completely different psychological states. The obvious ceases to be so obvious when we are in a state of permanent comparison of our lives with the lives of other people and worries about this. Overwhelming thoughts: - U N it happened like this, I’m afraid it will happen to me too - I do the same thing as N, but I don’t get the desired result. What’s wrong with me? - I will never be as happy as N (as happy, perhaps not, but I’ll definitely be different happy) - N is never sad. N always succeeds. How to use other people's life experiences for good? Other lives can give us material for thought. Ready-made solutions save time, but are not suitable for everyone. We create what suits us ourselves. Through experiencing, pain, mistakes and failures. This is life experience, the positive results of which we try to focus on, looking closely at the lives of other people. The time to create your own new experience begins right now.
