From the author: An amazing, frightening trend - we have begun to strongly hide our feelings, hide them. A somewhat ironic, kind article about how to reveal yourself! And you want to cry... familiar, right? At work there is a blockage, at home it seems that the walls are being squeezed in a vice, the space is narrowing, there is nothing to breathe. No, you can't cry. And in general – I’m strong! And such people do not suffer, do not cry. Only then they are treated either for gastritis or for heart disease... An amazing situation has begun to develop recently. We have become strong! Instead of a thousand applause (although whoever wants it - for God’s sake, rejoice!) I would suggest looking at the situation, as they say, “under a microscope”! Do you know what scares you most? Many families fall apart because they cannot express their feelings - under no circumstances. Did your husband offend you? Never mind! I'll survive. Under no circumstances will I show him my resentment. Is your wife screaming and having hysterics? And okay - for the first time or something... Children are nervous, screaming - this is “from lack of sleep”... And all because you can’t talk about your feelings. No way. So it’s much better, right? What to do when really a lot of problems arise from our strength, when we forget that we want to be weak? At least sometimes? The Internet is replete with statuses on social networks: “I want to find a man so that I can feel weak next to him.” But what about the fact? A man appears and slowly but surely bends to the woman’s desires, attitudes and thoughts. She herself suffers in the end, but you can’t be weak - no. It’s important, my dears, it’s very important to learn to be yourself. Cry - if you want to cry. Laugh if you want to laugh. It seems to you that all this sounds a little stupid, but at the reception clients often ask in bewilderment: “so what? Now I can cry even in front of my husband?” This is who we are. Closed and squeezed are strong... Cry. Laugh. Hysterical. Rejoice. Feel angry. Any emotion that you feel completely sincerely is yours! You really have rights to it! And... emotions from this article too! Good luck
