Your emotional state at the moment is a snapshot of your health. It is known that active longevity, regardless of social status, is 70% in our hands. The key to this is 50-70 years of life, lost due to complete illiteracy in choosing a lifestyle. A person should always have the right to choose. How often do many of us forget to take care of ourselves and for many years are in an intermediate state between health and illness. Every person, without any exception, at any moment in life is always where he should be in accordance with the level of his thinking. From this point of view, there is no fate, there are only thoughts sown and nurtured, our conscious choice. Day after day, the mind weaves the fabric of our lives. People often blame everything and everyone for their illnesses except their negative thoughts. But every disease begins precisely in them; the body only obediently succumbs to the influence of mental images. Colossal streams of nerve impulses, from which thoughts are formed, flow along nerve fibers to all parts of the body to every cell. Cells unconditionally accept these thoughts - commands, since they themselves do not think. The cells, like a mirror, reflect thought patterns and form attitudes towards anxiety or illness. For example, from thoughts that convey a person’s irritation to something, the cells of the stomach are primarily affected, since they are the most vulnerable of all the cells of the body. After severe stress, ulcers form in the intestines and last for 15 minutes. If a person continues to be irritated, he will soon develop gastritis, and subsequently a stomach ulcer. The doctor will eliminate the symptoms, but the disease will soon develop again. This will happen until the cause is eliminated - the creation of negative mental attitudes. When talking about mental factors that negatively affect health and lead to nervous system disorders, cardiovascular and other diseases, they usually note the negative role played in this failure to respond to negative emotions, leading, in particular, to an imbalance in the body’s hormonal balance (the appearance of excess adrenaline and norepinephrine), but incontinence of emotions also brings considerable harm. In addition to the fact that with such behavior a person inflates himself, unnerving those around him, he also reduces the fruits of his “labors” in the form of responses from them. Unproductive “leaks” of nervous energy occur unnoticed and “undermine” the nervous system gradually. To a great extent, a person’s mental state depends on the nature of his relationships with people, which can be built on mutual sympathy, mutual understanding, or, in the presence of antipathy, reluctance to understand each other. A person’s emotional tension is sometimes caused by thoughts that are associated with his dissatisfaction with any phenomena , for example, their success in activity, their social or financial situation, etc. As a result of this, the nervous system can be in a state of chronic arousal, which becomes so common that it is accepted as the norm for a given person. Stress is not so much something what happens to you, as much as what you yourself turn what is happening into and how you react to it. By changing your ideas about what is happening, you will change your reaction. And when the reaction changes, stress can disappear. It would be foolish to wish that our life would miraculously change on its own, and that a sick body would become healthy. It's also stupid to complain about fate. Only a person himself can change the threads of his thoughts. Every person often wants what he does not have: health, the love of another person, success in work. And our thoughts are the tool that is always at hand and which is the only one that can help us. Our thinking is the only area where we can quickly achieve real results. The nervous system is as trainable as muscle strength or.
