Take a piece of paper and write the continuation of the phrase. “For me, the road is...” Write 10 options for continuing the phrase. Creativity can be a good way to express your emotions. Try to draw your state or express it through dance, or write music, poetry... Find an opportunity to be alone for a while and find an opportunity to be with someone. Try to find a balance between solitude and communication with people. You shouldn’t limit yourself to only one pole. Walk more. Studies have been conducted that have found that walking helps ease depression. Sports and fitness are a good opportunity to actively physically move, to throw out the tension accumulated in the body.
