From the author: The article was published on the website I really like good films, after watching which you can take something you need into your life to make it (life) more interesting and fulfilling. I would like to share one of these films and a discovery from it with you. “The Taste of Life” is a wonderful film in which brilliant actors play (Catherine Zeta-Jones and Aaron Eckhart), I won’t retell the plot, because we all remember that it’s better to see once than to hear a hundred times, but I’ll give you a hint: what is important to pay attention to. The first thing that catches your eye is the image of a Woman in masculine energies and how her transition into a Woman occurs in the balance of masculine and feminine energies. Take a closer look at how the heroine has changed: her gestures have become smoother, her silhouette and manner of speaking have changed, of course, she still has something to work on, but the ice has broken. Notice how she learns to trust life in general and a Man in particular. It seems to me that there is a lot to learn from her. And, of course, there is something important that you can take from this film into your life - your attitude towards cooking! For the main characters, this is a whole life: varied, dynamic, one from which they enjoy. Now let's think about how many (thank God, not all) of us feel about cooking. It’s like a duty that you really want to get rid of, but you just can’t. And our attitude to this process often affects the taste of food. Why is it important to reconsider our attitude to the process of cooking? For a woman, cooking is an immersion in the body, it is a kind of meditative process that allows you to replenish the reserves of Feminine Energy and transfer the energy of care and concern to your loved ones love. Therefore, it is important to learn to cook with love, because it is difficult to do if the process itself is not a joy! A man who cooks with pleasure develops sensuality and the ability to care, and at the same time looks very sexy. And, of course, the ability to cook well is the key to the fact that you will always be full. For a couple, cooking together can become a family ritual that will fill your piggy bank with pleasant memories and sharpen tender feelings. But how to make cooking become a joy? First, before you go to the kitchen, conduct an audit of your emotional state - listen to yourself, name the feeling that is possessing you at this moment, there is no need to get up to the stove in an irritated or offended state. Put your feelings in order, calm down. Various anti-stress techniques or meditation may be suitable for this. Secondly, put the work area in order so that nothing irritates or interferes with the preparation process. Thirdly, agree with your loved ones so that no one disturbs you if you don’t want to .Fourth, turn on music that is pleasant for you, which will increase the degree of your good mood (after watching the film, I began to cook more often to the sounds of Italian music). Fifthly, while cooking, think about your loved ones, about what You wish them how much you love them. Larisa Renard has a wonderful recommendation - before you serve something to your loved one, hold it in your hands, fill it with your energy, saying: “Food, fill yourself with my energy, my love, my tenderness.” And, of course, to consolidate the positive emotional mood from cooking - set the table beautifully and spend time with loved ones, having a pleasant conversation. I am sure that you and your family will feel special and loved at such a table. It is not necessary to make cooking a ritual every day, but at least once a week - treat yourself and your loved ones. And you will notice that on such days your food will be especially tasty!
