From the author: Each of us has faced different problems in our lives, but the older generation of people did not know about the possibility of healing the soul, which often led people to alcoholism, divorce, and intra-family conflicts between families throughout more than one decade. Problems have not decreased over time and have not become less simplified, but in the 21st century we can, when experiencing pain, fear, confusion, restlessness of the soul, depression, or when faced with problems at home and at work, turn to a psychologist. In the West and In Europe, it has long become common practice for society to turn to a psychologist in one situation or another, since there is nothing wrong with treating souls in addition to the physical body. If we consider this issue in a somewhat deeper direction, then we can and should understand precisely that having broken an arm or leg, we go to the surgeon; feeling a toothache - we go to the dentist, with a sore throat - to the ENT specialist, etc. But is an ordinary doctor who has taken the Hippocratic Oath capable of healing our souls precisely when periods of depression, states of apathy, problems in the family, the most various problems with children, parents, directors and with colleagues themselves at work? A doctor cutting with a scalpel or deciphering our cardiograms - can they help us precisely when we begin to see the world in black tones and thoughts are increasingly inclined towards suicidal directions, which should be avoided as much as possible, understanding that the most valuable thing in the life of humanity is precisely what is called simply and clearly - Life? Each of us in our lives has faced different problems, but the older generation of people did not know about the possibility of healing the soul, that often led people to alcoholism, divorce, and intra-family conflicts between families for decades. Problems have not decreased over time and have not become less simplified, but in the 21st century we can, when experiencing pain, fear, confusion, anxiety of the soul, depression, or when faced with problems at home and at work, turn to a psychologist. Of course, to each of us needs an individual approach, taking into account many aspects of a person as a Personality and the very essence of the created situation in life, therefore it is very important for each of us to understand that by changing our own approach to ourselves in this life, we free ourselves from unnecessary problems, correctly understanding initially where the original root of this or that life situation is hidden. It is also very important to understand that rebellious souls will never be in complete harmony with their own inner world and with the external world until we ourselves free ourselves from the complexes that have accumulated over many years , - we will be tormented by insomnia, sudden changes in mood, imbalance, excitability, overstrain of the nervous system, fear, pain, loneliness. Having encountered something in life from which the soul began to ache, (a list of reasons and a variety of factors will be given in this moment is very long), - we, as a society, should not consider it something shameful to turn to a psychologist for help, realizing that we need it - the healing of our own soul. When there is a healthy soul, clear and sunny thoughts, the body certainly becomes healthy, because the soul and body are interconnected. Relaxation, meditation, neuropsychology, physiognomy, graphology, psychotherapy, aromatherapy, auto-training, hypnosis - all this is necessary in helping people, alleviating their suffering, we just need to find the right approach to each person as an Individual. There is no doubt that we need to learn to believe in ourselves and in our own changes for the better, because human development cannot stop at some certain stage, where we are accustomed to seeing imaginary “perfection,” and also to trust the psychologist, making his work easier with the client. A psychologist cannot heal, but pointing out the right path to your own healing is his main task. Let me note that all our transformations for the better are in our hands.)
