“Key” people are those who have had the most significant influence on the formation of a person’s personality and life in the past and present. First of all, these are the most significant ones - parents and the immediate environment with whom the person lived in the same space. Or those who, with one act, left a big mark in life. Next, close friends, teachers. And also those with whom he lives now, with whom he is close friends. By the way, who was the first to be remembered when thinking about the “key” people? ;)If you want to better understand what and why is happening in your life in relationships, remember those “key” people, those situations. What's happened? How was it for you there? How did you feel? How did you react? What is happening in your relationship now? With key people from the present? Are they similar to those in the past? This will make it easier to understand “Why?” For example, in childhood, parents shamed and blamed all the time. I had to remain silent, hiding my head in my shoulders, or make excuses, feel inferior because “I did everything wrong again” and blame “I’m a crooked fool.” If history repeats itself in adulthood, it means that the child’s perception remains the same, and accusing, critical characters who love to shame and lecture are attracted into personal life. Here you will have to work to change something. There are also positive stories. For example, a kind neighbor on the playground who fed me delicious pies, gave me interesting books to read, helped me do my homework and provided moral support. Dad, who was always “the best,” kind, warm and caring. “Daddy’s girls” more often manage to create happy relationships or be fulfilled in their profession. Positive “key” people are a support and a resource, a trump card, one might say. In difficult moments, you can turn to them mentally, as well as physically, if they are still alive and accessible. But you know who the most important “key” person in your life is? You yourself! Do you remember yourself? By the way, there are also “key” animals. :) They told me a story about how a beloved dog brought her together with one of the “key” people. If there weren't a dog, there wouldn't be a meeting. If you have positive stories and you are ready to share them, I will be only glad! Otherwise, there are enough negative ones in this space, but the positive ones are inspiring.
