How to cope with autumn depression? Depression (from the Latin “depressio” - suppression) - suppression of all one’s desires and needs. Depression is known to have a negative impact on a person's life. If you do nothing about this condition, then sooner or later the colors of life will fade, the emotional background will become low, and your mood will be mostly depressed. You will have to forget about the joy of life and its bright moments. Autumn weather, short daylight hours, and the onset of cold weather aggravate the situation. Fortunately, the help of a psychologist is becoming increasingly in demand in cases where a person finds himself helpless in the face of his emotions and feelings. It becomes possible to establish relationships with the world, with yourself, and find ways for further personal development with the help of psychotherapy. Unfortunately, not everyone has the opportunity to get help from a good specialist. Is it possible to cope with depression on your own? After all, depression is a real disease that, like any disease, in severe form, can lead to tragic consequences.
