Colleague, good afternoon! In the last article we talked about preparing for a webinar. By taking these same 10 steps, you can save your time on recruiting and organizing a webinar. Let me remind you that a webinar is an online seminar or conference held online by one or more presenters on a predetermined topic. More and more eminent trainers and psychologists conduct their online seminars - yesterday I listened to the speeches of Nikolai Latansky (coaching specialist) and Radislav Gandapas (an excellent speaker). So, one of the steps in preparing your webinar is choosing a platform for holding it. I will give a brief overview of the platforms through the prism of personal experience .We will divide the platforms into paid and free. Paid platforms for holding webinars Webinar.ua, www.comdi.com, mirwebinarov.ru Their main advantages are assistance in recruiting participants for your paid webinar (not on all paid platforms), pleasant and understandable Russian interface, and fast technical support. Their main disadvantage is inflated prices. I'm still surprised by monthly pricing plans. Renting a webinar room for one month costs from $50 to $150. As an experienced webinar specialist, it would be much more convenient for me to buy a subscription for 50 hours rather than for 3 months. Unfortunately, there are no such offers on the webinar platform market yet. Free webinar platforms www.wiziq.com, dimdim.com, www.freebinar.com, Webinar2.ru The main advantages are free, fairly good service. Disadvantages: there are no high-quality Russified platforms .For the first webinar, the resources of free platforms are quite suitable, so I will dwell on them in more detail.Webinar2.ru is a Russified, but unreliable platform in terms of broadcast quality. Due to its high popularity, it is often overloaded, which makes it impossible to conduct a high-quality broadcast. Pre-registration of participants is required. Freebinar.com is a fairly resourceful platform, but sometimes it stops working for several hours without prior notice. Dimdim.com was a very convenient and reliable platform, but it has already been sold and a new account cannot be registered. By the way, after changing the owner, the old account freezes terribly. There is no pre-registration of participants. Wiziq.com – stable operation, good technical solution (file upload, video broadcast, “raise your hand”, whiteboard, webinar recording). It is English-language and requires preliminary registration of participants, which due to the lack of Russian interface language can cause difficulties. Platform built into your personal website: clearwebinar.ru Audio broadcast and chat are built directly into your website. It’s convenient because you don’t have to worry about your Internet connection. In fact, if your Internet provider does not use fiber optic technologies, you will not be able to broadcast a webinar from your website to more than three participants. Broadcasting from your website does not require additional registration of participants, and advertises exclusively your website. In addition, the service is in Russian. According to the author of the platform, the platform can be easily integrated into a website page. The asking price when purchasing a 30-hour broadcast is 10.37 UAH/hour, or 38.3 rubles/hour. In short, there are paid and free services. The price of a subscription to a paid service is from $50 to $150 per month. Some free services are stable, but most of them are in English. There is also the opportunity to embed a webinar broadcast on a page of your website by paying $1.2 per hour of broadcast. When choosing a platform, you need to rely on your individual preferences - simplicity, convenience, quality, and customer loyalty. Before you invite webinar participants into the room, look at it through the eyes of the participant. Think about what questions, difficulties, etc. he might have. And try to anticipate them. Good luck in your promotion! Ekaterina Maksimenko, E-trainer, psychologist
