It would be easier if, from birth, people identified themselves with the group in which they were born, without thinking or adapting to it, with all their qualities, shortcomings, problems, etc. P.? No one would try to test us for lice, change us, expel us, choose us, tolerate us, etc. and so on. All that depends on us is to coexist in our community and not think about how others see us, how they see us in other communities, but is there a difference in us or in them? What would happen to our identification in this case? We would only be products of our group and no one else: no individuality, no expansion of the boundaries of our potential, no understanding of ourselves and those around us. And could we exist like this at all? Glory to the Almighty, we are all different and the world is open to us to discover ourselves in it and search for our identification with others. In short, identification is identifying oneself with someone or something. And it is very important to identify in the world, because “identification contributes to the establishment of a deep emotional connection with another person or group of people, a feeling of belonging, unity with them.” Most often in my publications (note posts on Instagram*) I use myself as an example myself. I consider this the most sincere and real tool for conveying some accumulated experience, as well as receiving feedback, because... By identifying with my audience, I not only give, but also receive. Identification is a process. In every new situation, we constantly “turn on our radar” of identification at an unconscious or conscious level. “Conscious and unconscious identification can make it possible to “stand in someone else’s shoes” - to be immersed, transported into the field, space, circumstances of another person, which contributes to a deep understanding of him.” It is important to correlate your feelings with sensations in the body. Our “internal identifier” should, like a beacon, indicate how we should be in this situation with these people and circumstances. All this directly concerns our relationships in the family, team, company of friends and acquaintances, and, of course, with ourselves. It happens that we do not try to contribute to the identification process. And this happens: - when we do not engage in self-development, thereby relating ourselves only to certain groups and qualities of people; - when we become dependent on others, because we don’t understand how you can be a separate person; - when we identify ourselves with the main characters of films, novels, etc., forgetting about reality, about our Self in this world; - when we do not live our own lives and constantly experience “imposter syndrome” .Identifying ourselves in the world is an excellent marker of who we were, who we are and who we will become. Without this process, we are just robots that perform human functions, but are not human at all.* Instagram belongs to Meta, which is recognized as an extremist organization in Russia.
