Soon, very soon, we will all be celebrating the New Year 2013. Many of us have already gathered in the company of friends and colleagues to congratulate each other on the upcoming holiday. One of these meetings in the company of friends was especially warm and joyful for me. I always want to make any holiday bright and interesting. And so, on the eve of our meeting with friends, I was walking through a large supermarket and an idea came to my mind. Somewhere I heard more than once that there are no coincidences in our lives. Allegedly, any event that occurs in a person’s life reflects the general logic of the course of his life. The idea was this: invite your friends to choose a small gift blindly. This is what happened in the end. I bought regular tear-off year calendars for 2013, put them in a bag and invited each participant in turn to choose their own calendar. In addition, I invited my friends to answer two questions. Question one: why do you think you came across this particular calendar? Question two: how can this calendar help you in the New Year? The game turned out to be interesting and exciting. And surprisingly, the selected calendars were very suitable for their newly-made owners. A young man who dreams of a family and children found a family calendar. He answered the second question like this: “I will look at this picture with a happy family and will soon create my own.” The girl, accustomed to staying awake at night, pulled out a lunar calendar. She said it was time to sleep at night and her calendar would remind her of this. A woman who just recently began to feel attractive caught a woman's calendar. She promised to master the science of self-care and took the calendar as her assistant. Of course, I’m not saying that our New Year’s game proves that there are no accidents. That all events, even small ones, have their own internal logic. But still, there is some truth in the joke, isn’t there? I hope that the game I propose will also interest you, dear readers. May the New Year be bright and joyful for you! Happy holiday!
