Recently I heard the phrase: “This person has a very rich inner world...” What do people mean by the meaning of this phrase? Do they know about their inner World? And what do they think about it? In the course of my thoughts, I came to this: Inner Peace for me is when I know WHO lives there, what kind of relationship they have with each other and with me, as the mistress of this World. What internal conflicts unfold there , what fears live, who scares and who is afraid, who rejoices and who does not know how to do this and why... Who is there, inside, loves and hates, who needs help and support, who experiences feelings of guilt and shame. So what should the inner World be like for it to be considered rich? Many people have no idea about its existence until they meet with a psychologist. Who is watching this World, who is in charge there and can he always control the inhabitants of this State. Is there really something to think about? One of the main, and perhaps the most important task during consultations with a psychologist is to discover His Inner World for a person. Put things in order, remove cobwebs and shake off dust, ventilate and clean. Get to know the residents, which means getting to know yourself. And ultimately come to harmony within, to order and balance. Then you can probably consider yourself a Person with a Rich Inner World! Live YOUR life, take responsibility for your life! And I will not be afraid of this word, to be a happy and free Person! I wish each of you to find your own path and, not least important, your traveling companion! Gushchina Alla. Psychologist.
