She will become a protector and support. It was easier to achieve success on her own than to wait for a mammoth to be brought to her feet. I understand you very much. This is where it all begins. You decide to do everything (or almost everything) yourself. And then it is completely incomprehensible why relationships with men stop working out, work begins to make you nervous, fatigue presses you, your mood is sluggish, depression... How to deal with stress? A familiar question, its very formulation speaks for itself.... It was noticed that all of us life is taught to fight, to fight, sometimes no one even remembers why... Girls are taught male techniques, achievement. And then it turns out “me and a horse, me and a bull, me and a woman and a man.” And there is even more stress from this deplorable state of affairs. Why does a charismatic man need a woman with masculine vibes?! Well, enough about the sad stuff. Everything ingenious is simple! Today I will tell you about important practices that help a woman preserve herself. They look very simple, but the effect of use is simply stunning. This needs to be done first and foremost, and therefore various female pumping pumping. Exercise: Sit down comfortably, close your eyes. Relax your jaw and open it slightly. Inhale and exhale slowly, as deeply as possible. Perform the exercise in a comfortable mode. Tilt your head back a little and continue. If you don’t feel like yawning, do it several times on purpose. At some point, the body will turn on itself and help you release the accumulated tension through yawning. You can do the exercise at any time, especially when you need to switch to another social role or task, or to relax, or before going to bed. Just 5-10 minutes are enough and you are completely different. 2) Grounding For your development to be complete, confident and comfortable, you need to stand firmly on your feet, feel the soil, contact with Mother Earth. Its nature is unconditional acceptance. When you need to calm down, go through some kind of exciting state, difficult feelings, let go of pain - grounding practices will give you a feeling of security and peace.
