From the author: If you are very tired at work, first of all pay attention to how your day is organized. Fatigue often occurs after chaotically doing everything in a row. You have not yet completed one task, and they immediately give you another, everything needs to be done urgently, in the next half hour. That’s when “panic” arises in your head: “God, when will I have time to do all this?” At such moments, the resistance mechanism is launched, which pumps out 50% of the strength. If the day is clearly organized and you have a to-do list that you planned the day before, then it will be much more difficult to confuse you. And, of course, building personal space and setting boundaries is a necessary condition for maintaining internal resources. What else do experts recommend?1. Correct diet. If you fill your stomach with everything during the day, then there is little chance that your body will have any strength left for intellectual activity. The reverse situation is similar: starve and wait for a free minute to calm down the rumbling in your stomach. These processes require a lot of energy from the body. Therefore, it is best to eat at certain hours, in small portions, thus providing yourself with rest and replenishing energy reserves.2. After a working day, treat yourself to a walk. Walking perfectly relaxes muscles, saturates the body and, most importantly, the brain with oxygen. A walk is an excellent way to help take your mind off depressing thoughts. And if you go for a walk with friends, then emotional relief will be provided. Walking the dog also has a therapeutic and relaxing effect.3. Warm bath. After a hard day's work, going to bed after a bath is much more pleasant. It is important that the water does not exceed 37 degrees, it is this temperature that has a relaxing effect (if you need to cheer up, then make the temperature higher). You can turn on pleasant relaxing music, add aromatic oils and think about nothing for 15 minutes, but simply enjoy the sensations of your body.4. Filling out a diary, writing plans. So that there are no wandering thoughts left in your head, throw them out on paper. Journaling also has a therapeutic effect. Write there everything that still worries you, what you would like to talk about, what emotions you experienced during the day, etc. And the last thing - plans. Write down a plan for the next day. While you sleep, this plan will be worked out by your brain, and in the morning all the things you want to do will be simple and understandable.5. Dream. This is a complete restoration of the body after a hard day. Here, too, it is recommended to follow a schedule whenever possible. Pay attention to the room in which you sleep: well-ventilated, clean, no distracting or stimulating objects, everything is created for sleep. Go to sleep with pleasant thoughts, think about your goals, imagine how everything goes well. Scrolling through pictures will allow you to fall asleep faster, especially if these pictures have a positive meaning for you. Of course, we all understand that this is a description of ideal conditions, and not every person has the opportunity to implement these actions. But it is possible to gradually make it a habit. Start from the first point and move on. Soon, you will be able to organize your space in a way that is easy and natural.
