The body has needs for psychological interaction with others as well as physiological ones. On a psychological level, a person needs contact with other people to the same extent that on a physiological level he needs food and drink. A sense of belonging to a group is the primary psychological impulse for survival. Another mysterious mechanism that often complicates our lives is boredom. Boredom is a form of resistance to what does not suit you in life. For example, if you live with a person you don't really want to live with, or work at a job you hate - in a word, when you have to do something that you absolutely don't want to do. Boredom is the result of forcefully drawing attention to something that is not interesting. If you do something that is not interesting to you, lack of will sets in as subconscious sabotage, and then the habit of being lazy, doubting, and looking for a catch in everything appears. These habits are bad not only because they block your true needs, they also slow down any attempt to -change in life. And not only that, becoming unconscious, they work even when you find something that is of interest to you, but - the habit is stronger - you strive for it. When we are offended, it is not the body that suffers - there are no bruises or wounds, only our self-esteem, our self-image. The first impulse is to take revenge, to strike back. Not only are experiences only a product of our mind, they force us to behave in such a way as to provoke more and more aggression from the surrounding world. How, based on your real capabilities, to live a full, rich life, without resorting to manipulation other people and other people's property? The answer to this single question reveals the possibilities of all your further actions aimed at creating a life situation that will completely satisfy you. It happens that a person, on the way to his happiness, sets up barricades of false, superficial values, principles, and attitudes. We can say that it is the worldview that determines our ability to be happy. How to determine how true the need that you have now discovered in yourself is? Is this really a need or is it a product of the mind? Needs are felt whenever psychological equilibrium is disturbed, just as physiological needs are felt whenever physiological equilibrium is disturbed. Psychological needs, like physiological ones, are satisfied by the body’s adaptation to changes in the world around it. People have thousands of physiological needs and thousands of social needs. The more essential a person’s need for survival seems to be, the more intensely he directs his activities to satisfy it. Often - unconsciously. And until awareness comes, nothing can be done about it. What happens if several needs arise at the same time? A healthy body acts on the principle of a hierarchy of values ​​and chooses the dominant need to satisfy, acting on the principle of “first, the most important.” At each moment, the dominant need of the body comes to the fore as a specific figure, and the others, at least temporarily, recede into the background. In order for a person to satisfy his need, thereby completing his situation, and move on to other things, he needs to realize their needs, to be able to deal with themselves and with the world around them, because both psychological and physiological needs can only be satisfied in the interaction of the body and the world around it. A person cannot feed (both literally and figuratively) on himself; he needs the world around him, from which he takes everything he needs for a healthy, fulfilling life. To satisfy its needs, the body must find the necessary resources in the surrounding world. Orientation systemdiscovers what is needed. After this, the body must perform a series of actions aimed at restoring organic balance. When the balance is restored, the need is satisfied, it means the situation is completed. If, due to a violation of the mechanism of adaptation to the environment, a person does not feel his dominant need and cannot correctly identify it, is not able to build his relationships with the world in order to achieve satisfaction of his needs, his behavior will be disorganized and ineffective - trying to do too many things at once. We often justify our present difficulties with our past life, we are immersed in our misfortunes. As we grow out of the childhood “I can’t handle it,” we begin to say, “I can’t handle it because...” instead of growing up and learning to deal with it. It is possible that you behave a certain way “because” something happened to you in the past, but your present difficulties are related to the way you act today. A situation in which you are not monitoring what is happening to you, what you feel, see and hear, what you want and what you are preventing, limits you in your maneuvers, because you have too little information to choose. You can choose, firstly, the goal (what you want to change), and secondly, the means to achieve it. The point of any training or training comes down to acquiring skills that did not exist before. First of all, the difference is important - between what skills you have and what you want to achieve. To do this, it is necessary to determine what and how I am doing now and what will be new, what is the difference between the actual and the desired, and to determine not theoretically (thinking about it), but practically, through my feelings. This process comes down to answering the questions: “What do I have?”, “What am I doing?”, “How am I doing?”, “How do I feel?” etc. However, success in both is not determined by self-awareness alone (although this is half the success). To change yourself (your body, health, reactions, relationships with people, habits), in addition to awareness of “how I usually do it”, as well as “how I do it now”, it is worth learning to see why habitual actions are so important for us. As long as the unconscious significance of habitual actions influences our actions, no conscious adjustment will change these skills. It is also important to realize how you are preventing yourself from doing what you want and what you really need. Overcoming difficulties is real when: the process of self-awareness is established; there is an idea of ​​how to correct yourself, create new models of your behavior that are more adequate existing reality than those that you used before under the influence of your defense mechanisms. So I want to give examples to understand how the process of realizing your needs occurs. You go into a store and begin to listen to what exactly you want, discarding what you “haven’t eaten in a long time”, “have been wanting to try for a long time”, “saw on a friend’s table” and so on, focusing only on what is asking for organism. Choose one thing and eat it at home, slowly. Listen - what happens to you when you eat it, and what happens after you eat it. Try to do the same with music and books, not even in a store, but at home. Try to select people to communicate in the same order. Try to organize the events of your day in the same way. Feelings and sensations are the most important informants about the person himself and indicators of the reliability of external information. The problem of modern people is that the majority have developed techniques for suppressing their feelings since childhood in order to comply with a particular social situation. And thus we are all partially blind and deaf to what is happening, and therefore often cannot understand why the same thing happens to us. But suppression of feelings does not free us from them, but takes them in a different direction - it gives rise to secondary feelings, different interpretations,.
