Many people dream of owning their own business and contrast entrepreneurship with being hired. People often say: “I'm tired of working for my uncle. This is slave labor. Someone else is getting rich off of me. It’s cool to have your own business.” Yes, your own business is really cool. But the difficulty is that many do not understand what is “cool” behind this and what kind of actions lead to a cool result? A person thinks that by becoming a businessman, he will gain the long-awaited freedom. He will have the opportunity to rest whenever he wants, travel wherever he wants and, in general, do whatever he wants - after all, he is his own boss and no one dictates to him. He believes that a businessman is someone who works little and earns a lot, but in practice he gets a completely different situation. Let's remember when, as children, we wanted to become a person in a certain profession, what image did we imagine? For example, when a girl wants to become a model, she imagines herself walking down the catwalk in beautiful dresses, high heels, everyone admiring her, applauding her, and she gets a lot of money thanks to her charm and beauty. Or a guy wants to become an astronaut and he imagines going on a rocket into outer space, flying in zero gravity in a spacesuit, making new discoveries and returning to his planet as a hero. What do these stories have in common? Both boys and girls have ideas about what they should DO to get the results they want. What do people imagine when they want to become businessmen? Here I am, all so respectable, with a Rolex on my wrist, a glass of Dom Peregnon, lying somewhere in the Maldives on my personal yacht and life is good. Of course, this can become a reality, and many entrepreneurs live this way. But the catch is that we have a result in our heads, but we have no idea what path needs to be taken to achieve it. This discrepancy between reality and expectations is what leads novice entrepreneurs to failure. They begin to suffer, thinking: “now I have a business, but where then is my money, yachts, the Maldives and other attributes of a luxurious life?” But, in fact, an entrepreneur is also a profession, just like an astronaut, a doctor, a model , artist, cook. And this profession is unique in that it pays the highest salary in the world. Yes, big money does not come immediately. Yes, the path of an entrepreneur consists of ups and downs. But these efforts are worth it. Once you start building your own business, you will face many difficulties: how to find employees for your team, where to attract clients, how to build a marketing strategy for your business and much more. And solving such problems is precisely the job of an entrepreneur. The more complex problems he can solve, the more he earns. An entrepreneur is an expert at solving problems that no one else can solve. He knows how to go there, I don’t know where, and bring something I don’t know what. Yes, it’s not easy. But you can learn to be an entrepreneur by developing the necessary competencies. The path of an entrepreneur can be compared to a video game in which at each new level you encounter new puzzles - more and more complex. But for each successfully completed level you receive a reward. For an entrepreneur, the reward is manifested in the growth of the quality of his life. Entrepreneurship is the best training for personal growth. And at the end of your entrepreneurial journey, you will become a completely different person - not the one you started with. Having reached a certain level, yachts, travel, and long-awaited freedom will come into your life. But it is important to understand that there is a journey behind it, and not to give up at the very beginning. At the end of your entrepreneurial journey, you will be able to not work at all, and your capital will allow you to live at a high level. But more often than not, even those entrepreneurs who can afford not to work still continue to develop new projects, because they enjoy their work, they like to create and realize their potential. Entrepreneurship gives us the opportunity to stop surviving, and
