When we were children, we were brave, free and independent - in deeds, actions, words and appearance. They did and played what they liked, made friends with whomever they wanted and always talked about what they were thinking. They walked with their bare belly sticking out, with hair disheveled from the wind, in a wrinkled dress, elongated knees on their pants, a greasy stain on their chest, with a dusty face and hands and broken knees. We didn't care what we looked like. Our friends didn't care what we were wearing, and we didn't care what our friends were wearing. Nobody paid any attention to appearance. Other things were valued - friendship. What changed? But one day we were appreciated. They pointed out a wrinkled dress, unkempt hair, a protruding belly, dirty pants and dusty shoes. We were accused of “wrong” thoughts, words, actions and deeds. They began to teach us who to be friends with, how to behave, what to say and who to become. And the more we were “beaten on the wrist” and taught how to “MUST”, the more we began to listen to others and stopped, we were even afraid to hear ourselves in all this. And then we became insecure, cowardly, angry, envious, weak in spirit... (the list goes on...). We have become traitors. They betrayed themselves. They allowed someone to change themselves and impose a different model of behavior. Yes, as a child it was difficult to resist change. We were stupid, inexperienced, vulnerable and reacted to everyone and absorbed everything like a sponge. But now that we understand this, EVERYTHING can be changed. And start with the understanding that each of us lives according to an individual program - this is a personal development program, unlike any other. It makes no sense to compare our programs with each other. They are not good or bad, everyone has their own. You just need to stop comparing and concentrate on yourself, on what you like and want. Start to trust yourself, your thoughts and ideas. At any moment you can become free from other people’s opinions... and finally stop going crazy about the fact that you supposedly don’t have something.
