From the author: Fairytale therapy is not only the development of a person’s deep resources, it is real self-help in overcoming stress, neurosis and depression. We all grew up on fairy tales, myths, legends and parables. Fairy tales form the basis of our entire life. Unfortunately, in real life, people rarely encounter beautiful fairy-tale events. There is a lot of grief, misfortune and troubles in the world, for which sometimes a person is not at all ready. What needs to be done in order to protect your psyche and learn to look at things more soberly. To do this, you must always be honest with yourself, believe in the best, and try never to lose heart. Fairytale therapy can improve mood, raise self-esteem, change the state of mind and body, and identify all the underlying mental disorders in a person. When I started writing personal fairy tales, I immediately encountered a large number of questions that appeared in my head. I thought about the meaning of such fairy tales, and did not understand why adults and children needed them. I wrote my first fairy tale in one go, and I was able to start the second part only a month later. When I showed it to my friends and colleagues, I heard a lot of different reviews and questions. All the responses to my work gave me a positive experience and an understanding that fairy tales still need to be written. How to write your first fairy tale? Where to begin? What if I can’t write it?: These are questions my client-readers often ask me. I will answer these questions with a quote: “At any age, fairy tales are interesting and instructive. And their deep meaning resonates in any heart. Write fairy tales and you will become wiser and better.” Is fairy tale therapy...?
