For most people, starting every project in business and in life requires quite a bit of effort. We use the word “project” here in a broad sense, it can be either promoting a product on the market, or searching for a job, moving, learning a foreign language, or something else. Sometimes we are inspired by a new idea, full of enthusiasm, and plunge headlong into a new project and we may not sleep at night, but after some time we just give up, there is no longer that sparkle in the eyes, the thought may creep in that the project is not destined to be implemented because you are not enough for it... I share what helps me in such situations! To bring your goal to life, it is useful to build an individual supportive environment - something that will keep you motivated in achieving your goals. These can be people, states, any sources of information, actions, etc. I propose a research exercise. What we do:1. Draw the middle of the daisy 2. Select the project in which you need to get support, write it briefly in the middle of the daisy.3. Introduce your project, yourself in it and the support you need for its implementation.4. Next, draw 8 chamomile petals. When answering the questions below, write down one answer on each petal. One question - one petal with an answer.5. What is the supportive environment that you can create every day?6. What will strengthen you?7. What will make you happy every day on the way to your goal?8. What will enable you to enter this environment easily and automatically?9. Imagine doing it easily. That you have passed this point of tension and now it is your habit to do this all the time, to constantly improve yourself.10. What from this supportive environment was guaranteed to be yours?11. Who are the people you will share with? Who are the people who will support you? Who are your fans? Who is your support team?12. What tools can support you?13. What do you personally need to be successful in what you want?14. What is the first step in each area (petal) you will take in the next 72 hours? we write steps on each petal. The filled daisy can be placed where it will often catch your eye, inspiring you, for example, on your desktop or in your diary. Successful projects to you!
