Let her linger for a few minutes and look through the calendar of your life forward: you are walking in the snow in the frosty winter, you are walking in the rain in the spring, you are moving in the heat in the summer, you are on a walk in windy weather in the fall. How do you like it? These are simple questions, the answers to which can show you a lot of interesting things about you. Am I ready to make serious and regular changes in my life: will I go for walks for 60 minutes every day in the rain, in the snow, when there are clouds in the sky and only when there is a strong hurricane outside, do physical exercises at home. Walking can be replaced by the gym or swimming pool with the same regularity. Will I keep a daily self-observation diary and write down in detail everything I eat and drink, strictly taking into account and adhering to the daily caloric intake. Even if it seems boring and pointless to me. What unhealthy eating habits am I definitely giving up right now, and not tomorrow or Monday (cakes, sweets, sugar, salt, smoked meats, sausages, etc.) Do I feel ready to replace fried food for boiled, steamed, baked or raw food, reduce portions of food and increase the number of meals, go to bed no later than 23-00, and preferably at 22-00. These questions do not imply answers that you do not have money, time, energy for this, that it is tasteless, takes a long time and boring. Then it's not time for you to start making changes yet. And that's good to know. Your happy hour may be ahead. And I wish you that it happens in your life. Remember that all your weighty arguments about the fact that you cannot live without a TV, computer, sofa, candy, chips, sausage and beer actually show your true intentions. And all this suggests that you still like your body shapes and volumes. And in this place you may not agree with me :) More precisely, you, of course, don’t like your kilograms, but not enough to change your initial position “sitting” on a chair or “lying” on the sofa and get out of it. It is important to know that your true motivation is not your words, it is your actions. This is a test about how well you know yourself and whether you are ready to actually lose weight. If your motivation is low, you will not achieve your goal and will quit. And then it is useful to strengthen motivation. First, strengthen your readiness and only then engage in weight normalization.
