YOU CANNOT COME AWAY WINNER FROM FIGHTING WITH YOURSELF Until you accept, ignore your feelings, you will not have an understanding: - where you are going - what you really want - what truly gives you pleasure The second extreme is blind faith in your strong feelings and difficult thoughts and following their lead. If you do not listen to your values, then expression what is inside can go beyond the shores and cause harm to ourselves and others. This happens when we are disconnected from our emotions or, on the contrary, so overwhelmed by them that this uncontrollable flow destroys everything in our path. This happens when we do not know our patterns in behavior. This happens when we are not in contact with what is important to us. EMOTIONAL TENSION DOES NOT GO ANYWHERE! It accumulates and undermines the resources of the nervous system, sometimes manifesting itself in unexpected ways: - health problems - problems with accepting oneself and others - problems in relationships with a partner and with loved ones - problems in self-realization - problematic habits Working with your emotions is about respect, acceptance, intimacy with yourself and others. Your Choice decides everything! And only yours! Ignore, suppress, fight, follow the lead, suffer and destroy yourself and your life from a lack of understanding of what is happening now and how to react correctly. Or, on the contrary, he will learn to accept, understand, and respect his emotions. And take control of emotional reactions into your own hands.
