In life there is such a state when you don’t want anything at all, well, nothing at all..... “Whether will or not, it’s all the same...” Such a state when you want to sit in a chair curled up in a ball and not think about anything. The first alarming ones Signs that you are on the way to apathy: - lack of desires; - feeling of lack of energy; - drowsiness, prolonged sleep during the day; - isolation from communication with people; - pessimistic background of thoughts; - increased fears; - physical weakness. ⠀Let's figure out what to do about it. First, think about what moments in your life take away your energy? It's time to start changing this. Maybe you just want something for a very long time? Ever since school? Do you have such a cherished dream? But somehow you still can’t make it come true. Either there is no time, then family, then children, then work. Your desires, as always, are in the background. Now, if only for children, then you are welcome, but for yourself, you can later, someday, in another life.... Think about what constantly prevents you from being there, in your dream? Nothing , only you! I suggest you start taking your first steps today. You WILL NOT have another life! Or maybe you constantly hide your emotions? More often, of course, these are negative emotions, I’m a good person, and good people don’t get angry!!! Well then, thunder will strike soon, and don’t expect anything good. Suppressed emotions, like a heavy load, are inside you, they accumulate.
