Every person born on Earth is in human society. Throughout our lives, we meet many people with whom we need to communicate. This communication occurs everywhere: at home, on the street, at work, at college, in a store, in transport, in general, wherever our life takes place. A person cannot live without communication. With the help of communication, we solve many problems, business and everyday issues, develop ourselves, and get pleasure. Some people communicate with people easily and without constraint, but for others, communicating with people causes fear and anxiety, thereby giving rise to a bunch of problems. As practice shows, fear of communicating with people becomes a stumbling block in self-development, achieving success in a career, in personal life. Why does this happen, what is the reason for the fear of communicating with people. Criticism from significant adults (parents, grandparents, teachers). For a child, the positive opinion of adults, their assessment from the outside is very important, so he is confirmed in his self-sufficiency and success. In cases of negative, critical evaluation by adults, the child develops self-doubt and lack of confidence in his actions. Negative communication experiences gained in the past (at school, in the yard, institute, team, in relationships). It could be ridicule from peers, a break in friendships, or betrayal. And a person who has experienced one or another experience of negative communication in his life can experience these unpleasant feelings for a very long time, and also live with certain beliefs that prevent him from changing his life for the better. Lack of experience communicating with people (not wanting to communicate, restrictions with on the part of adults, through measured care, health problems). How to overcome these fears? First of all, you need to understand whether you are ready for this, what is your choice? How to do it Take a piece of paper and write a list of all the worst moments that can happen to you during various communication situations. Take a look at this in more detail. Take another piece of paper and write down the positive aspects that you will gain for yourself by getting rid of your fear of communication. Try to find at least 5 positive points, and preferably 10-15. Now put the two pieces of paper side by side and compare. What are you ready to do now? Continue to be afraid or move forward, looking for ways and opportunities to overcome your fear. Have you made a choice? Now take a piece of paper with the list that is less important to you. Look at him. What would you like to do with it? – tear, burn, crush and throw away. And keep the more important one for yourself and re-read it regularly. This will be your life choice.
