When feeling anxious, ask yourself: what feelings are awakened by my anxiety? Will I feed my anxiety with these feelings, follow the lead? In addition to the virus, I have to face financial and professional difficulties; among my friends, many have lost loved ones for various reasons and this has hit them to the heart.
