Very often clients come to my therapy with panic attacks, which, despite medication support, do not go away. In my practice, the root cause of PA has always been the rejected, traumatized child part. Each time I have come across the fact that it is childhood traumas and the rejection of part of the inner child that have a strong influence on the occurrence of panic attacks in adult life. And during training in the method of emotional-imaginative therapy at the N.D. Institute. Linde found direct confirmation of this. Childhood is a critical period for personality development and the formation of a sense of security and self-confidence. If a child experiences trauma or rejection from loved ones, this can lead to the development of complexes, fears and mistrust of others. Rejection of part of the inner child means that the child begins to reject themselves as a result of the traumatic experience. This can lead to feelings of inadequacy and an inability to love and accept oneself. Moreover, such internal conflict can lead to panic attacks in an adult. Panic attacks are the body's reaction to a certain stressor or traumatic experience. They may be accompanied by various physical symptoms such as sweating, palpitations, trembling and mental pain. In such moments, a person often feels fear and anxiety, and cannot control his emotions. In order to overcome panic attacks, you must first understand the cause of their occurrence, find the experience that is the trigger. And if, after all, the reason is the rejection of part of the inner child, then it is recommended to turn to an expert for professional help. Therapy can help the patient establish a relationship with himself and learn to accept and love himself. It is important to understand here that dealing with panic attacks takes time and patience. However, with the help of a specialist and proper work, each person can overcome their fears, heal them and gain inner harmony and self-confidence. The method of emotional-imaginative therapy copes with panic attacks quite quickly and effectively. Already after the first session, significant relief occurs, and with further therapy it goes away completely. Patients who have healed panic attacks note an emotional uplift and significant changes in life.
