From the author: Soon to go to work, no matter how sad it may sound. Happy New Year, friends! There are still holidays ahead. This is perhaps the longest weekend for the average Russian. In a week, we need to gather our strength and thoughts, and most importantly, in working order, overcome the force of attraction of upholstered furniture. Workdays will certainly return to us. And of course, the main difficulty is to return the body and thoughts to the working rhythm. Of course, first of all, you should take care of your body, activate your usual processes through physical activity, simplified nutrition and take care of your body’s needs. Winter fun will bring back physical activity to us: you can ride on the yard slide once, or you can devote two days to skating and skiing. The main thing is to have fun! We return complex carbohydrates, greens, boiled meat and fish, soups and broths to the table, and put aside sweets and alcohol until the next occasion. Now we rejoice at the opportunity to take a steam bath, sauna and bath. Don't forget about massage, spa treatments and all kinds of “skin” pleasures. Tactile receptors will help us regain a sense of support and facilitate working movements. Habitual household rituals, such as setting an alarm clock, walking the dog, or cleaning the apartment, inevitably set you up for a work rhythm. And such a ritual as seeing off a crumbling Christmas tree actually signals the body about returning workloads. Of course, call your favorite colleagues, plan your next work activities, their voice will please your inner workaholic the most. We can do some work on ourselves that will set our internal gears in motion on our own. Sit down and write the main REAL goal for the coming year (not to be confused with a dream): updating real estate, a car, adding to the family, changing the educational or career level of you or your children, improving the quality of your personal life, etc. Here it is important to determine what will become the criterion for achieving the goal: obtaining a document, changing activities or place of residence. If the goal concerns emotions or desired social contacts, then it is important to determine what will be clear evidence of the desired changes. Next, it is important to determine the timing and specific actions related to achieving the goal, and most importantly, what you can do today so that next new year you can be proud of your personal effectiveness. After all, it is pride and joy for ourselves that brings us satisfaction and helps us create an unforgettable New Year’s mood for ourselves and our loved ones in the next 2020. Self-care, internal motivation to achieve goals and a job you love will always provide you with the necessary resources and set you up for new achievements.
