The situation that has developed over the past few weeks requires us to learn how to cope with the fear of change and the unknown. Therefore, it is very important to look at everything that is happening from the side that can be useful to us. Despite the negative background that accompanies the situation with coronavirus, we have a real chance to acquire new and important skills for survival - emotion management and self-discipline. In order to strengthen our psychological state during the period of self-isolation, we first of all need a number of basic, basic measures to temporary lifestyle changes and self-care. These measures include: Strengthening the immune system through proper nutrition, rational physical activity and sufficient sleep per day. Mastering the basics of the science of sanitary hygiene. Compliance with the work and rest regime, even if you are working remotely. These measures will strengthen and physical and psychological health. But in addition to basic measures, let’s not forget: Make a choice in favor of reading books rather than news feeds. Choose the most positive sources of information.
